Kelly Reeves just helped my clients avoid making a $150,000 mistake! Because he was thorough in his evaluation of a property that Ben and Megan were in contract on, we were able to call in a structural engineer who verified that the home they were about to purchase would require up to $150,000 in structural repairs just to protect their investment. As first time homebuyers they do not have the financial resources to make these kinds of repairs. The first red flag revealed itself when we couldn't find any permits or county records of a 2nd story addition that was added to the home. When I shared this information with Kelly he diligently went to work to assess the foundation and supporting piers and beams. He noticed inadequacies and recommended further evaluation by a licensed professional. Although my clients are disappointed that they had to cancel, they are relieved that they are not stuck with a problem bigger than they can manage. Thank you Kelly for your keen eye, listening to our concerns and helping us to avoide a HUGE problem!

Kelly was so thorough and amazing. He was the only inspector who was available within a 24 hour period for a home we had recently gotten in escrow on. Our realtor gave him all the specs of the home so he could plan accordingly (it's a bigger property so he allocated 3-4 hours).

After he wrapped up his inspection, he talked to us in-person and detailed out the biggest issues/risks we needed to watch out for. We're now using his report as a way to negotiate with our sellers to get some money back. The entire process was so easy (including the way he's leveraged technology to schedule, actually do the report and send us the report!) and I highly recommend Kelly to any prospective home buyers who are looking for an honest and extremely thorough inspection!
