Reeve ACI, is an ASHI Certified Inspector with over 25 years of experience in the real estate inspection
industry. Kelly has performed in excess of 10,000 paid inspections over the course

A formerly licensed General Contractor and
Structural Pest Control Operator, Kelly has owned and run
his own remodeling/construction
business. Kelly's experience in construction ranges from new construction framing, to
tile, plumbing, electrical, roof and structural repairs.
Kelly has performed over 4,000
home inspections and more than 12,000 termite inspections to date.
Kelly also serves as an expert witness in litigation
pertaining to home and/or termite inspection issues.
We use the 3D Inspection Reporting System to deliver detailed, narrative style reports
with pictures and reports are emailed from our office, within 48 hours, usually
in 24!
Our Home Inspection reports are in compliance with the American Society of Home
Inspectors Standards of Practice. ASHI is the largest, most recognized certifying
agency for home inspections in the country. ASHI Standards are the standards utilized
by the California Superior Court for enforcement in litigation cases involving home
inspections, as California does not have any licensing or regulations regarding
home inspection standards.
We serve the Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer and Yolo Counties, area. Specifically
